Chelsea SES officially welcomes Kimba Wall. She is the first ever person with Down Syndrome to be recruited as a SES volunteer. Kimba, Victoria's newest recruit, was very pleased to launch WOW Day 2022. A national day of thanks, Wear Orange Wednesday (WOW) Day is dedicated to SES Volunteers across Australia.
Naturally, Kimba and friends celebrated this special occasion with a dance! The multipurpose nature of Eflare beacons means that they can be put to many different uses. Even during a celebration dance, as shown by Kimba and her friends.
